Oh my gosh. This is Judeh, in the future, when he gets mad and storms off to go sleep on the couch. And that’s me, on top, cuddling up to him in the middle of the night. He won’t shoo me away, even though he’s mad, because he knows I won’t be able to sleep on my own.

Sometimes, I don’t think my parents realize how much I actually care about them, how much I want to make them proud.
